Our Consultants
The Sloane Group, Inc. retains a cadre of
exceptionally qualified consultants. Our dedicated practitioners are
schooled in client service and bring talent from a variety of industries,
educational specialties, and professional backgrounds. They are engaging
and forward thinking professionals who specialize in adult learning,
diversity awareness, corporate education, cross-cultural business
engagement, performance management, and large systems change. We carefully
assign our consultants to each engagement, ensuring that each client
receives the best consultation from the right resource.
Our President
The company's president, Josephine Rick, has
over eighteen years of training and organization development (OD) experience.
Joey's background includes training and human capital development,
leadership development, culture transformation, change management, team
dynamics, and human resource development support (including competency
modeling, performance management, and succession planning). She is practiced
in the techniques of dialogue, open space, and systems thinking. Prior to
joining The Sloane Group, Inc., Joey consulted for one of the original "Big
6" firms and worked as an internal OD service provider for Fortune 100
organizations.
Joey holds a BS in Psychology and Education
and an MS in Organization Development with a focus on team dynamics and the
effective integration of individual and organizational needs. She is an
accomplished speaker and has published works on leadership.
Our Chief Executive Officer
The company's CEO, Don Sloane, has over
twenty-eight years of OD experience. Don’s background includes leadership
development, strategy planning, group facilitation, process development, and
professional coaching. He is practiced in several coaching methodologies.
Prior to joining The Sloane Group, Inc., Don owned several businesses and
worked in information technology and OD for Fortune 100 organizations.
Don holds a BS in Computer Sciences and an
MS in Organization Development with a focus on the application of human
sciences to the technology environment.
