Group is a boutique organization
development firm founded in June, 2000. With experience in both internal and
external consulting, we focus on forwarding organization development practices
to enhance human performance. We consult with individuals, groups, and
organizational systems to help them interact effectively, manage challenging
circumstances, and adapt to meet the demands of changing business conditions.
We specialize in dealing at the human interaction level, because we believe that
effective interaction and group process are the cornerstones of organizational

We have
engaged in strategic change initiatives for mergers, technology implementations
and business process reengineering efforts. These experiences have taught us
the value of clear expectations, rigorous project management, and the
integration of human and business processes. We have also engaged in
organization development initiatives that focus on group process, team
development, and inter-group communication. From these experiences we recognize
